Terms of Service

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Speaker Diarization Studio (the “Service”), a web application that separates and identifies speakers in audio and video recordings you upload and produces transcripts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported identity provider such as Google.

Your content

You keep all rights to the recordings you upload and the transcripts the Service produces from them. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process that content in order to provide the Service to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload each recording and, where the law requires it, that the people recorded have consented to being recorded and analysed.

Acceptable use

Credits and payment

Credit is measured in audio duration: each file you upload uses credit equal to its length, deducted from your balance. New accounts receive a free allowance. Additional credit is sold through our payment partner, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Failed jobs are not charged. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results; automated speaker identification can be wrong and should not be the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Termination

You may delete your files and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
