Refund Policy

Audio duration credit is sold in prepaid packs through our payment partner, Polar, and is consumed as you process audio.

Unused credit

If you have not used any of a pack you bought, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Partly used credit

Credit that has already been spent on completed audio is not refundable. If a job failed, you were not charged for it.

Faulty results

If the Service produced clearly unusable output through a fault of ours, tell us and we will re-credit the audio time involved.

How to ask

Contact support with the email on your account and the purchase date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Polar, usually within 5–10 business days.
