Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
This policy explains what Speaker Diarization Studio collects, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares.
- Your recordings: the audio and video files you upload, the transcripts produced from them, and the speaker voice profiles derived from them.
- Usage and billing: how much audio you process and your credit balance. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment partner and never reach our servers.
How we use it
Solely to provide the Service: to separate and identify speakers in your recordings, produce transcripts, keep your speaker library, and account for usage. We do not sell your data or use your recordings to train models.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) hosts the database and stores uploaded files.
- Modal (EU region) runs the speaker separation and identification models.
- AssemblyAI transcribes the audio.
- Polar processes payments as merchant of record.
- Google provides sign-in if you choose it.
- Vercel serves the web application.
Retention
Recordings, transcripts and speaker profiles are kept until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data from within the Service, or ask us to do so. Where the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK applies, you have the rights those laws provide, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account at the database level, and payment details never touch our systems.
